Ky-mani's Marley, who's getting close to finishing his third album which is yet to be released, is surely a major. The 26th of February, 1976 Ky-mani was born to famous Robert Nesta Marley and Jamaican table tennis champ, Anita Belnavis, in Falmouth, Jamaica. East African word Ky-mani means "adventurous traveler". For a man who lives up to his moniker, each album or trip is an experience. The Journey was his first project in music. His eclectic vision allowed him to seek out his own niche, and to explore his diverse talents. Many More Roads, a traditional album of reggae that received a Grammy nomination in 2001 showed a mature Ky-mani. The Journey as well as Many More Roads were well accepted throughout the world, which established Ky-Mani's position as an individual "artist". Ky-Mani is renowned for his distinct blend between hip-hop and R&B and a hint of contemporary jazz.
