Jessica Chastain

JessicaJessica Michelle Chastain was born on the 24th of March 1977. She is an American actress, producer and model. Her films that address feminist themes are her most popular. Her work has earned her numerous awards, including an Academy Award as well as a Golden Globe Award. Time magazine named her one the 100 most influential celebrities around the world in 2012. Chastain was drawn to acting at an early age and made her stage debut in 1998 in Shakespeare's Juliet. More commercial success was seen in the science fiction films Interstellar (2014) and The Martian (2015), as well as the horror film It Chapter Two (2019). Chastain's strong-willed performances in dramas A Most Valuable Year (2014), Miss Sloane (2016), Molly's Game (2017) and Scenes from a Marriage (2021) were also praised. In the biopic The Eyes of Tammy Faye (1921) she played Tammy Faye Bakker. She received the Academy Award as Best Actress. Tammy Wynette was the miniseries George & Tammy (222).
